i would like to return my item.
you can return most items for a full refund within 30 days of your order being shipped. after 30 days, we happily offer exchanges up to 60 days. please return everything in the package as it was received for a full refund, minus a $5 re-stocking fee.
we do not accept returns or exchanges on damaged or worn items, items which have been monogrammed, or final sale/clearance items.

we do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our retail partners. please visit the retailer where the items were purchased for return information.
do you offer free returns/exchanges?
yes and no.
for full returns/refund, email us at info@cartography.nyc and we'll respond with return postage for usps. please let us know with a few words what the issue was so we can fix anything that might need fixing.
postage for exchanges due to customer error will be the responsibility of the customer.
breakages, fixings, replacements etc?
this is a grey area where we fully depend on your honesty and realization that we are a small business.
any fine tuning needed within 6 months of delivery, we will happily take care of for free.
for items needing attention between 6 and 12 months from date of delivery, we charge a fee, dependent on what is required.
if something happens to your item after a year, we do not offer replacements or fixes. food for thought: would you contact a store if an article of clothing forms a hole after a year of use?
